Token Plan Personal Edition Standard and Pro plans include Harness benefits: monthly free quotas and post-paid discounts for AgentStudio tools, called with the Model Studio API Key and separate from plan Credits.
Benefit overview
Standard and Pro plans include Harness benefits in addition to model Credits:
- Monthly free quota: Covers AgentStudio tools such as web search, image generation, and text-to-speech. Quotas are issued monthly.
- Post-paid discount: After the free quota is exhausted, excess usage is billed at 88% of the list price.
- No Credits consumed: Harness benefit usage is metered separately and is not deducted from plan Credits or top-up packs.
Tools and monthly free quota
The table below lists the monthly free quota for each tool under Standard and Pro plans. Tools without a free quota only receive the post-paid discount.

Billing and deduction
- Harness benefit usage is metered separately and is not deducted from plan Credits or top-up packs.
- The free quota is consumed first; after it is exhausted, excess usage is billed at 88% of the list price.
- Harness benefits and model Credits deduction are independent and not mixed.
- API Key: Harness benefits tools are called through the Model Studio API Key (format: sk-xxx) to invoke MCP services, and consumption counts toward the Harness benefits quota and discount. This differs from the Token Plan-specific API Key (format: sk-sp-xxx, used for model calls and deducted from Credits); the two cannot be used interchangeably.
Quota upgrade
After upgrading your plan (for example, from Standard to Pro), the remaining Harness benefits quota is calculated as follows:
- original tier total quota − used quota: the remaining quota from the original tier, carried over.
- (new tier total quota − original tier total quota) × remaining days ÷ 30: the extra quota from the higher tier, prorated by remaining days.

Notes
- Eligibility: Harness benefits are included with Standard and Pro plans and issued per subscription cycle. Benefit provisioning rules upon renewal or upgrade are subject to the console.
- Quota refresh: Monthly free quotas are issued per subscription cycle and do not carry over. Refresh rules are subject to the console.
- Unsubscription: Personal Edition does not support self-service unsubscription; Harness benefits terminate when the subscription expires.
- Region: Token Plan Personal Edition currently supports only the China (Beijing) region.
FAQ
What is the deduction order for Harness benefits?
The service's own free quota (such as trial or new-user quotas) is deducted first, then the Token Plan included benefits quota; after the benefits quota is exhausted, excess usage is billed at the service's discounted price on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Which API Key does Harness use?
Harness services (web search, image generation, code interpreter, RAG, Memory, Managed Agent, Sandbox, etc.) use the Model Studio API Key (starting with sk-) and the standard Model Studio Base URL. The system automatically identifies the Token Plan subscription under your account and applies the included benefits; you do not need to switch to the Token Plan-specific credentials. The Token Plan-specific API Key (starting with sk-sp-) is only for model calls deducted from Credits, not for Harness services.
