API standards and SDKs

The OpenAPI of this service (Xiaomi Customer Service Agent / 2024-11-05) uses the RPC signing mechanism. For more information, see Request structure and signature. SDKs are available for mainstream programming languages. Download an SDK to call the API without implementing low-level details such as request signing, reducing development and integration effort.

Account and security preparation

An Alibaba Cloud account has full administrative access to all resources. If its AccessKey pair is leaked, all related resources are at risk of unauthorized access. To improve security, create a RAM user with only the required API permissions, configure its AccessKey pair, and configure RAM policies according to the principle of least privilege (PoLP). Use the Alibaba Cloud account only when a specific scenario explicitly requires its permissions.
