This topic describes the error codes and error messages that are returned when you call a deep search application.

400 | InvalidParameter | Some parameters have validation errors, or error default values are undefined. | An undefined parameter error occurred. Check whether the fields or types of the request parameters comply with the documentation. |
404 | NotFound | Resource not found. | The resource does not exist. This error usually occurs when you try to access a resource that does not exist or for which you do not have permissions. Check the endpoint, configuration parameters, and file parameters. |
500 | InternalError | The request processing has failed due to some unknown error, exception or failure. | An unknown internal system error occurred. Provide the request ID to technical support for troubleshooting. |
400 | Unclassified.Error | Unclassified but known cause error. | An unclassified but known error occurred. Provide the request ID to technical support for troubleshooting. |
400 | ParamValue.Error | Input parameter value business validation error. | A business validation error occurred for a parameter value. This is usually a data type issue. Check whether the parameter types comply with the documentation. |
400 | LoadConfig.Error | Failed to load agent configuration. | Failed to load the agent application configuration. Check whether the application publishing status, agent_id, and agent_version are correctly configured. |
400 | InternalInterface.Error | Internal interface error. | An internal interface call failed. This error usually occurs within the service. Check whether the registered interface is unavailable. |
400 | FileConversion.Error | Conversion and saving of pdf failed. | An error occurred while converting and saving the exported file. Check the parameters for permission issues. |
404 | RequestPath.NotFound | Request path not found. | The requested endpoint does not exist. Check whether the interface path is correct and free of abnormal characters. |
404 | File.NotFound | File not found. | The requested file does not exist. Check the request parameters. |
400 | ProcessTimeout.Error | Timeout occurs during deep search process. | An internal execution timeout occurred. Retry the call. |
