Product overview
Tongyi Data Mining is a document processing application based on the Alibaba Cloud Tongyi large model. Its core features include information extraction, content moderation, classification and labeling, and summary generation.

Billing
Each call is metered based on input length and billed based on actual token consumption.

- No fees are charged for enabling the service.
- Billing begins with your first API call. The service is currently in a free trial period. Formal billing is scheduled to start on December 15, 2025.
Limits
- Supported formats: PDF, TXT, MD, HTML, DOC, PPT, XLS, PNG, BMP, GIF, JPG, and JPEG.
- The maximum size for a single file is 100 MB. The maximum length for a PDF file is 1,000 pages.
- Document chat: You can use up to 100 documents per session. In the console, you can use up to 50 documents per session.
- Total storage: You are provided with free storage for up to 10,000 files.
