This document explains billing for the Quanmiao PPT generation feature.
Billing details
- The PPT generation feature is offered on a subscription basis with optional add-on services. Four editions are available: Team Lite Edition, Team Standard Edition, Enterprise Professional Edition, and Enterprise Custom Edition. Each edition includes a usage quota. If you require more usage, you can purchase add-on services.
- The PPT generation feature must be activated separately. This feature is compatible with Miaobi SaaS and PaaS. After you write an article in Miaobi, you can generate a corresponding PPT from it.

- Click the free trial link to request the free trial quota.
- Click the PPT generation purchase page to purchase an edition and activate the service.

Quota consumption rules
After an outline is created, one quota unit is consumed each time you click Generate PPT based on outline.
FAQ
Can I connect PPT generation to my internal knowledge base?
This is supported.
- If your internal knowledge base already has data segmentation, vectorization, and retrieval capabilities, such as a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system, you can connect directly using an API. For more information about how to connect, see Miaosou - Import data sources using an API.

If you have not set up file storage and indexing, or if you cannot preprocess and vectorize multimodal files such as text, PDFs, and images, you can activate the Miaosou product. Miaosou helps you quickly structure your knowledge base for efficient retrieval.
