Prerequisites

• You have activated Token Plan (Personal Edition or Team Edition) and obtained the dedicated API Key.
• You have installed the Qwen APP desktop client or mobile APP (mobile version requires 7.1.2 or later).

Integration steps

1. Open the Qwen APP or PC client, go to Work Assistant, and click Add Model.
2. In the pop-up panel, paste the API Key from your Alibaba Cloud Token Plan and click Verify and Save.
3. Return to Work Assistant, select the Token Plan model (such as Qwen3.8-Max) in the model panel, and start your task.

• Qwen3.8-Flash
• Qwen3.7-Max
• Qwen3.7-Plus
• Qwen3.6-Flash

Does it support pay-as-you-go or Coding Plan

Qwen Work Assistant only supports Token Plan (Personal Edition and Team Edition). Pay-as-you-go and Coding Plan are not supported.

Cannot find the Token Plan model entry on mobile APP

Ensure the Qwen APP has been upgraded to version 7.1.2 or later. Earlier versions do not support this feature.

API Key verification failed

Ensure you are using the Token Plan dedicated API Key rather than a pay-as-you-go API Key. Credentials from different billing plans are not interchangeable. For more error details, see Token Plan FAQ.
