Tencent Docs

Connect Tencent Docs through its authorization window so agents can read, create, and edit your online documents.

Once Tencent Docs is connected, agents can access your Tencent Docs, covering reading, creating and editing, and managing documents. Connecting requires no auth config, and you do not need to prepare any credentials. After you click Connect, the browser opens the Tencent Docs authorization window, where you sign in and grant authorization.

Before you connect

Only one prerequisite: your browser can access Tencent Docs (docs.qq.com). Authorization happens on the Tencent Docs side and requires signing in with your Tencent Docs account (QQ or WeChat).
Authorization uses the Tencent Docs account you sign in as in the authorization window. To connect with a different account, switch the sign-in state in the authorization window first.

Steps to connect

  1. Start the connection: In the left-hand navigation of the console, click Apps, find the Tencent Docs card, and click Connect.
  2. Confirm in the authorization window: The browser opens a separate window hosted at docs.qq.com. This is the Tencent Docs authorization page. Follow the prompts to sign in and confirm authorization. The requested permissions cover reading, creating and editing, and managing documents, as shown on the authorization page.
If you do not see the window, check whether your browser blocked the pop-up. Allow pop-ups for the site and click Connect again. If the authorization window is closed before authorization completes, the console shows "Tencent Docs" authorization window was closed, please retry. Click Connect again to restart.
  3. Grant authorization: Grant authorization in the window. After the window closes you return to the App details page, and a new connector appears in the Connected users section with the status Connected.

Automatically generated tools

A set of Tencent Docs-related tools is generated once the connection succeeds. View them in the Available tools section of the App details page. The capabilities match the granted scopes, covering reading, creating and editing, and managing documents. Refer to the page for the actual tool list.

Multiple accounts

You can create multiple connectors under the same Tencent Docs App. To connect with a different Tencent Docs account, switch the sign-in account in the authorization window, then click Connect new user and go through authorization again, telling them apart by connector name. For how to manage them, see Connected accounts.

Revoking authorization

Deleting the connector in the Connector console only removes the record on this side, after which the platform no longer holds usable authorization. The authorization relationship itself is maintained on the Tencent Docs account side.
