Get field extraction results

Understand Extract's structured data, field details, the four field statuses, and citations.

Extraction results contain data organized by field, along with source information for verification.

Choose a viewing mode

Result viewBest forWhat to check
Extraction field detailsChecking business data item by item and locating sources in the original textField values, source page numbers, and whether values match the field meanings
Extraction result JSONViewing the complete structure and copying data for downstream processingField names, values, nesting relationships, and the status and source information provided in the result
Both views show the results of the same task. Switching views does not rerun the extraction; after adjusting the file, fields, or run settings, you need to rerun it to get new results.

Verify fields against the original text

  1. Open Extraction field details.
  2. Find the field to check, and read its value and source page number.
  3. Click the field to view its source, and check the source page number shown for the field.
  4. Check the current page of the original text on the left.
  5. Read the headings, periods, units, and notes around the value to confirm what the result means.
  6. Repeat the check for other key fields.
Source information helps you find the basis in the original text. When verifying, check the source page number, the page actually displayed on the left, and the body content together; you cannot judge whether a field value is accurate based only on the page change after clicking. For example, the same page of an operating report may show the current-period figure, the prior-period figure, and the planned value at the same time. When verifying the budget commitment utilization rate, also confirm that it belongs to the required statistical period, rather than just matching an identical percentage.

View and copy the JSON

Switch to Extraction result JSON to view the structure of the fields organized according to your configuration. Check whether the field names, text and number representations, and the hierarchy of objects or lists meet your downstream requirements, then get the content through the copy entry in the result area.
