API calls
-
Applications provide standardized API endpoints to output dialogue analysis results to your system. You can integrate official preset Agent templates or your own custom templates. Using the API, you can retrieve structured responses and design the frontend display yourself.
-
To make an API call with custom instructions for an app created using the Dialogue Analysis Agent:
On the custom instructions page of the Dialogue Analysis Agent, click the API Example button in the upper-right corner to open the API call information panel on the right. This panel explains how to get your AccessKeyID, AccessKeySecret, Workspace ID, and App ID, and install the SDK (SDKs are available for Java, Python, and Go; for Java, you must add the Maven dependency). The panel also provides a code example (for Java, Curl, Python, and Go). The code example shows the call logic for the
CcAiPassSyncclass, including setting theworkspaceIdandappIdconstants, constructing aRunCompletionRequest, and assembling the dialogue content. In the Instruction Information section on the left, you can include the${dialogue}and${fields}variables. After selecting a model under Model Configuration, click the Test (command + enter) button at the bottom to view the call result in the Effectiveness Test section in the middle. -

Call volume
- The number of calls is metered based on the total number of input and output tokens. Every 2,000 tokens are counted as one call, and the total is always rounded up. For example, a token count up to 2,000 equals one call, while a count from 2,001 to 4,000 equals two calls.
- Calls are reported hourly. When you query data for the current day, the line chart displays the hourly call volume.
- When you query data for a date range, the line chart displays the daily call volume.
