Procedure

Article topic (prompt)

Write a news article about how the digital economy is unleashing new growth momentum.

• Select Step-by-step Generation. This process consists of four main steps: topic, outline, excerpts, and article.
• Topic: Fill in the required information for the topic, then click Next Step to generate an outline.
  • Writing content and topic: Enter the writing content and the topic prompt. Be as detailed as possible.
  • Writing scene: Four writing scenes are currently supported, each with multiple writing styles. For more details, see the Homepage Overview.
  • Keywords: Enter keywords related to the article.
  • Reference materials:
    • Auto-complete materials: Automatically search for and reference relevant content from writing sources. This option is selected by default.
    • Custom material: You can add your own materials for the model to reference during writing. The model prioritizes these materials when creating the article. Click the custom material button to open the Add Custom Text Material dialog box. In the left pane, you can find materials using one of three methods: material library, search materials, or custom text. Enter a keyword in the search bar and click the + Add button next to the target material to add it to the selected list on the right (up to 20 items). After confirming your selections, click Confirm Add to finish.
• Outline: The model generates an outline based on your topic. You can edit, delete, and add items to the outline, and also add custom materials. When you are satisfied, click Next Step to generate excerpts based on the outline. If you are not satisfied with the generated outline, click Regenerate at the bottom to create a new one.
  • Edit an outline item: If you are mostly satisfied with the outline but need to modify details, click Edit to edit an item.
  • Delete an outline item: To delete an outline item, hover over it and click the Delete (trash can) icon on the right.
  • Add a new outline item: Click the + New outline button below the outline list to manually add a new item.
  • Custom material: Click the custom material button to search for and add relevant materials.
    You can add up to 3 custom materials.
    To the right of each outline item are Edit (pencil) and Delete (trash can) icons. Use these to modify, remove, or associate materials with an item.
• Excerpts: The model generates excerpts based on the content of the outline. A list of excerpt materials is generated for each item, and you can expand each material to view its details. You can edit or delete the excerpts. If you need to make adjustments, click Regenerate to obtain new excerpt content. After you confirm that the content is correct, click Next Step to start creating the article.
• Article: The model generates an article based on the topic, outline, and excerpts. After the article is generated, a similarity ratio with the reference materials appears at the bottom of the editing area. You can click Regenerate to create a new version of the article.
  • Adopt: If you are satisfied with the generated result, click adopt.
  • Discard: If you are not satisfied with the generated result, click discard.
  • Try another one: This option allows you to replace, shorten, or expand the currently generated text.
  • Result intervention: You can change the source materials and regenerate the text.

When you are satisfied with the generated content, click adopt to finalize the article.

Quick actions

Select the text you want to modify or optimize, and a floating quick actions toolbar appears. This toolbar allows you to perform a series of operations on the selected content, including: generate title, generate summary, continue writing, rewrite article, translate article, extract keywords, one-click polish, article review, and predict user viewpoint.
